PAYMENT POLICY

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel all or part of your reservation, these are the conditions:

Less than 24 weeks before arrival	Up to 12 weeks before arrival	30% of total rent — In this case you will be charged 30% of the total rate, however we give to you the opportunity to apply it toward another reservation within one year of your original dates of travel for the same apartment and for the same length of stay. Unused credit may not be transferred or sold in any manner to another person.
Less than 12 weeks before arrival	Up to 8 weeks before arrival	30% of total rent
Less than 8 weeks before arrival date	Up to 4 weeks before arrival date	50% total rent
Less than 4 weeks before arrival date	Up to 2 weeks before arrival date	60% total rent
Less than 2 weeks before arrival date	Up to one day before arrival date	75% total rent
No show		100% rent
For late arrivals or dearly departures		100% rent
